By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
PAYMENT:
- I take payment AFTER you confirm the final sketch
- Regarding payment, I will NOT accept any kind of cryptocurrency in exchange for my art, and I will refund and block you if you try to use these.
- I may charge a small extra fee ($1.00-$10.00) for more complicated designs, depending on the commission type. The fee will be on the higher end with animation commissions.
TURNAROUND & GENERAL INFO:
- Commissions can be ordered through a contact method below. After ordering and payment, I will update you on the progress of your commission directly whenever it is worked on.
- A sketch for your commission will be provided for you to approve! The sketch will represent the general look of the final piece. After this step, I will provide WIPs as I work but will not require approval before moving on. Please feel free to let me know at any point if you'd like something changed!
- If there are mistakes in the final piece, I will gladly make any needed revisions or fixes, so please let me know if I've missed anything! However, after completion, I won't change significant parts of the piece (pose, character, etc.) without extra payment. Please try to inform me about any significant changes during the sketching and lining stages.
- You should expect your commission within 1-3 weeks, but it may take longer if life gets in the way. I will provide direct updates if there is a major delay! Otherwise, you are free to ask for updates at any time and I will gladly keep you posted throughout the process. You may also check my queue, which is where I most actively post personal updates and commission progress!
USAGE:
- Once the art is finished, you may use it wherever you'd like as long as you don't claim it as your own work and you are not profiting off of it. Please credit me for the art, wherever you post it or use it! My toyhouse is @koifishco.
- Keep in mind that I usually post all finished commissions publicly or use them as commission examples, so please let me know if you'd prefer for your commission to remain private or if you'd like to remain anonymous!
- Do not use my art for the generation of any AI imagery or as a part of any kind of AI database.
- Please ask me before making any major edits to a piece of art I've made for you. However, you are free to make minor edits such as color/hue shifts or small accessory changes without asking!
REFUND POLICY:
Refunds may be asked for at any time and are offered based on how much of your commission I've completed.
- If I have not started, you may receive a full refund.
- If I have finished sketching, you may receive an 80% refund.
- If I have finished lining, you may receive a 50% refund.
- After lines have been completed, you may only receive a 10-25% refund.
If I cancel your commission, you will always receive a full refund!
